Also, did you know that the new COVID-19 Relief Bill includes an incentive for charitable donations? Recent changes to law affecting contributions: a new, one-year (2020) above-the-line deduction for cash contributions up to $300 to charities like TLC for all taxpayers (not just those who itemize deductions). Also, for individual taxpayers who itemize their deductions, the limit on deductions for contributions is suspended for 2020.
