Tomorrow isn’t just the beginning of a new year, it’s also my first day as executive director of Equality Federation.

Thanks to supporters like you, I’ve been able to watch our team, our programs, and our impact grow over the years. I will continue to grow the Federation as the go-to movement builder and partner to state-based equality organizations.
