John, this isn't the email we expected to send this morning.
A couple of weeks ago, we announced our final fundraising goal of the year — and we thought we had set the bar pretty high.
But as of this morning, we've blown right past our goal of $650,000 in grassroots contributions for the last quarter of 2020, thanks to a surge of support from all of you.
Here's the thing: With control of the Senate on the line in just five days, letting up isn't an option. Our organizers and volunteers in Georgia are working around the clock to get out the vote in what we know will be a tight runoff election.
So we're setting a new goal: We're hoping to raise another $12,000 into our Georgia Runoff GOTV Fund by midnight tonight to ensure our team on the ground is ready for the final full weekend of turning out voters in this make-or-break runoff election.
Take a moment to think about what we could accomplish without Mitch McConnell's iron grip on the Senate. Then rush a contribution toward our Georgia Runoff GOTV Fund to help us hit this new goal.

The Georgia Working Families Party has been running a comprehensive, data-driven plan for weeks that layers socially distanced canvassing, distributed organizing through phone and text banks, digital organizing, and GOTV.
And our work is paying off: Turnout in early voting alone has already exceeded the previous record set in 2008, and nearly 100,000 voters who didn't even vote in the general election have cast their ballots in this one.
But it's going to take all of us — pushing through to the end — to bring this home for Raphael Warnock and the Democratic ticket.
The more we can raise, the more voters we can reach — it's as simple as that. Rush a contribution to our Georgia Runoff GOTV Fund and help us hit our new goal of $12,000 by midnight tonight.
Thanks for being a part of this when it matters the most,
All of us at the Working Families Party
