Friends of the Earth has set an ambitious year-end goal – but we only have until midnight on Dec. 31 to save pollinators and our only Earth from total collapse!
John, the holiday season is full of celebration, gratitude and shared meals. As you gather around holiday tables, I want you to know: One of every three bites of food we eat relies on bees and other pollinators. But the extinction crisis is accelerating – we've lost a staggering 93% of Western bumblebees and 99% of Western monarch butterflies.
More than 40% of wild pollinators like them are also facing extinction, John – and Big Polluter profits are still being put above their future. We're staring down an impending collapse of nature's ecosystems.
Friends of the Earth is working to protect pollinators and the Earth from the greed and ruin of Big Polluters – but we only have until midnight to reach our year-end goal of $809,000, and we're still falling short.
If we don't all act now and prioritize this goal, we could be facing catastrophic consequences – made even worse by the knowledge that we could have prevented them. Please, can I count on you to donate right now and save our pollinators, protect our planet and continue fueling the fight for a just, sustainable future?
Our pollinators cannot afford another minute of inaction: Rush a tax-deductible year-end gift of $27 before our deadline at midnight TONIGHT. We can't keep up the fight without you, John.

We know that pesticides made by Big Polluters like Bayer-Monsanto and DowDuPont are driving the decline of bees and wreaking havoc on our food system. The Environmental Protection Agency knows it, too – they've admitted that many common pesticides are "very highly toxic" to critical pollinators and harmful to human health.
But Trump's EPA spent the last four years putting Big Polluter profits over critical pollinators. Their anti-science policies are leaving a damaging blow, and the prospects are dire unless we fight to reverse them. We must keep up the pressure to turn things around and save the future of our pollinators – and this final fundraising goal of the year will shape the resources for the fights ahead.
That's why I'm reaching out personally and asking you to donate now: Your immediate gift could make the difference between the pesticide-driven mass extinction of bees, butterflies and other critical pollinators or a sustainable future.
There is too much at stake to ignore this moment, John: Please, donate $27 or more now to hit our year-end goal, save key pollinators and keep taking on the worst enemies of climate action!
