Friend, just checking back—Can I count you in for a donation before the year is out?

We need more friends now for our local emergency efforts helping veterans, families, at-risk teens, and others. Urgent needs that Volunteers of America responds to in your community have jumped due to Covid-19 impacts, and now, extreme cold temps are making it worse for those experiencing homelessness and on the streets.

Our VOA programs are proven to get families and individuals what they need to stabilize and build a better life. But this work is only possible with you. You can bring hope for people in need, hope for a second chance in 2021, and for the rest of their lives. Thank you again! ~ Stephanie

Friend,

When you think about 2020, what will you remember? The pandemic will leave an imprint on us all, but what I hold closest in my heart is the strength and generosity of a community that stepped up and helped their neighbors through this crisis.

For the men and women in our Volunteers of America centers and programs, caring neighbors like you provided hot meals, warm shelters, critical counseling and emergency support in their darkest times. For many people, you saved their life.

We need more friends now to help with continued local efforts like sheltering, feeding, and emergency support. We can’t stop now.

Please don’t wait—make your tax-deductible donation to Volunteers of America today. One gift can bring hope that lasts a lifetime for the child, senior, veteran, and all those VOA serves.

Thank you for all you do from your heart for others.

With gratitude,

Stephanie Paauwe
