-- I’ll be honest, earlier today we weren’t sure whether we could reach Steve’s $25,000 goal before the six-month-long fundraising blackout begins January 2nd.

But after we reached out this morning, you all STEPPED UP!

Right now, we’re just $12,198 short with the blackout deadline fast-approaching. I know that this goal is ambitious, but if everyone receiving this email chipped in $10 now -- we’d hit our goal right away!!

This grassroots team has made everything up to this point possible, so I knew I could turn to you all for help. We’re SO CLOSE to reaching this goal.

So what do you say -- Can I count on you to chip in?

This is a unique challenge that our campaign is facing.

We know how much the political landscape can change in just six months, and we need to be prepared for anything once we step out of this fundraising blackout and get back to work on defending this crucial seat.

There’s no turning back after 11:59 PM on Friday, so I’m humbly reaching out again before it’s too late.
