John, we have big
fights ahead of us next year in 2021.

And we know that one of the biggest will be re-electing Philadelphia
District Attorney, Larry Krasner.

Ever since Real Justice helped elect reform-champion Larry Krasner — he’s
been a target of attacks from police unions, anti-reform groups, Donald
Trump, and anyone else invested in maintaining an unjust and
discriminatory status-quo. But we know that these attacks are going to get
even worse leading up to his re-election race next year.

Groups like the Protect Our Police PAC have already announced plans to
spend $750,000 to defeat Larry. That’s why it’s so critical we hit our
year-end fundraising goal tomorrow,

Larry’s work in the Philadelphia legal system has already changed the
tides of prosecutorial work and leadership.

* He’s brought jail populations down by 40% and has overall
incarceration by 48%.
* He’s prioritized the rehabilitation and growth of children by treating
them like kids and refusing to charge their mistakes as adults.
* He’s exonerated 18 individuals in just three years– more than any
other district attorney in the country.
* He actively works with city partners, non-profits, and doctors to
explore public health solutions to gun violence.

Larry isn’t afraid to fight for bold change and that’s why he’s become a
main target of attacks on our reform movement.

Re-electing Larry is going to take a massive grassroots effort. Larry’s
opponent will have a huge advantage with police unions pouring in millions
to stop his re-election.
