We have a bit of a situation on our hands, and we were hoping you could possibly lend a hand. Can we explain?

We reached out to you yesterday because we still had some work to do to hit our $225,000 goal and our deadline is tomorrow at midnight.

We really need to hit this goal so we can start off 2021 on the best foot possible. It's going to take a lot of effort to work with the new Administration and Congress to pass safer gun laws like universal background checks, and having your support really goes a long way.

However, since we reached out, our average donation amount has been down and our deadline is tomorrow.


So we have two options: we either need more donations or for supporters giving their first donation to give just a bit more than we normally ask for.

Normally, most first time contributors chip in $5. If you would consider contributing $10 we'll be where we need to be to hit our goal and finish this year strong.


So what do you say? Can you make a $10 donation to help us hit our final fundraising deadline of 2020? With your help we can hit our goal of $225,000 so we can get off to a strong start and continue this important work in 2021.

We are confident that with your support we can make up for lost ground. Every time we reach out to you for your help with something like this we know we can count on you to step up and make a difference.

And that's saying a lot, because this year hasn't been easy for anyone. Despite what 2020 had to throw at us, this team came together and stayed focused on moving the needle towards a future free from gun violence.
