I'll be honest, this is troubling to think about. We surpassed our quarterly online fundraising goal at the end of last month thanks to supporters like you, but what we're up against is concerning.

Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee just announced they raised $105 million this past quarter, raising more than they did in the entire first half of last year, even outraising President Obama during the same period during his re-election campaign, and this is just a small part of the $1 billion they're expected to raise among various groups in an attempt to buy this election, John.

What's even more concerning is that the Miami Herald is reporting that a "good chunk" of the $300 million that Trump's Super PAC is expected to raise will be spent right here in Florida. They know they need Florida to win in 2020, but we know it, too - that's why we have a plan to defeat him.

The only way we can make sure we stop Trump is by beating him here in Florida, and to do that we need to register and reengage a million voters to flip Florida blue. That's our plan, and it will work no matter how much money they spend here, but only if I can count on your help.
