2020 Wrap Up

This year has presented a unique set of challenges, but that has not slowed WallBuilders from its ongoing mission of presenting America's forgotten history and heroes with an emphasis on our moral, religious, and constitutional heritage. In fact, we have seen even more opportunities this year! As you look at end-of-year-giving, please consider WallBuilders as we continue to lead the fight for Biblical and constitutional values. Here's some of our activities from 2020!

  • While many in-person speaking engagements with our six speakers were cancelled or rescheduled, the opportunities to speak to large virtual conferences via zoom grew exponentially. And before the lockdown began, we were able to host five in-person tours in Israel. Additionally, with schools cancelled across the country, we began our "One Room Schoolhouse," providing live history lessons via Facebook.

  • WallBuilders continued to produce new historical resources, including the very popular The American Story: The Beginnings, which is now in its third printing since Thanksgiving. We've also released historical stickers, mugs, and lapel pins.

  • Despite the national lockdown, we still held our Leadership Training Program in person (but with widely-spaced social distancing!) Students (18-25 years old) from 23 states became equipped to speak the truth into their college classrooms, workplaces, and social media venues. The ongoing results from this program have been phenomenal, and every year we receive reports of students literally changing their professors' views by simply presenting historical truth of which the instructor was unaware.

  • The number of remarkable items in our historical collection increases weekly! We are digitizing high resolution photos of these items and making them available on the WallBuilders’ website. (You can also see many of these amazing historical artifacts highlighted in weekly videos that we post on social media, or on the WallBuilders YouTube Channel.)

  • WallBuilders ProFamily Legislative Conference was still held as an in-person gathering. Despite the ongoing lockdowns, we had one of our highest attendances ever, with legislators from 25 different states. We were able to provide historical and constitutional solutions to many of the unique problems they are struggling with as a result of the clash between COVID and the Constitution. In recent weeks, we have seen many of these legislators taking bold stands in their states.

  • Pastors and the church were certainly under attack this year, with so many mayors and governors deeming them to be unessential and ordering their closure. We participated in numerous zoom and conference calls with pastors, informing them of their legal and Biblical rights. We were thrilled to see so many church leaders take a bold stand, including the 3,000 pastors across California who refused to give in to their governor's demands. Thankfully, a number of Supreme Court decisions have recently upheld the right of pastors and churches.

  • Our daily radio program, WallBuildersLive!, is now heard on over 360 radio stations and airing in a total of 38 states, with tens of thousands of podcast downloads. For so many people who were isolated and unable to participate in a normal work schedule, this was a source of daily information they had not been receiving, and the response from listeners across the country now feeling better equipped and becoming much bolder has been enthusiastic.

There is much else we could share with you, but we want you to know that the programs we offer, because of the generosity of those who partner with us, are having a definite and long-lasting positive impact! If you are considering special end-of-year tax-exempt contributions, and if what we are doing resonates with you, please consider giving to WallBuilders. Your gifts are definitely being used to make a difference in America!
