I hope you're doing well this holiday season! I'm checking in to see if you caught Derek's last message: a lawmaker here in our state is telling his supporters to "prepare for war" to avoid a Biden presidency. Not only is this outrageous and horrifying — the saddest part is this guy isn't alone.

Earlier this month, more than 100 House Republicans signed an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit aimed at overturning the election results. The president's claims of voter fraud have been proven false again and again. When our own elected officials try to deny the American people of their vote and their voice, it's an injustice to the very principles of our democracy.

It's clear that the corruption we faced in 2020 won't disappear the minute the calendar flips to January 1. That's why I'm emailing you today. We're only $9,745 away from our ambitious end-of-year goal.

We need grassroots activists like you to invest in this fight — not later, but right now. Will you chip in $17, or whatever you can, before our end-of-year deadline tomorrow to help Derek hit the ground running in 2021?
