The survival of the dwindling populations of monarch butterflies still in the
wild depends on what we do right now , John – and the hard news is w e're dangerously short of our $809,000 year-end goal.
[[link removed]]A toxic chemical called glyphosate (a.k.a. Monsanto's Roundup®) is wiping out
milkweed, the only food source for monarch caterpillars. Big Ag’s toxic
pesticides have been a key driver pushing populations of Western monarchs down
99% – and if we don't act fast, we could lose them forever.
And they aren't alone – more than 40% of pollinators like them face extinction – and our best chance to fuel our fight to save them expires on Dec. 31.
We’re part of the world’s largest grassroots environmental network – and our
pollinators and planet have never needed you or us more. Our critical work is
only possible when people like you step up and donate to power it – and we set
our ambitious year-end goal because time is running out to stop the collapse of
nature's ecosystems. John, these pollinators need you to power their survival – right now, they're on the
brink of a pesticide-driven mass extinction.
Children born today could be the LAST generation to share our planet with
monarch butterflies and the 40% of other invertebrate pollinators facing
extinction. Please, our match expires at midnight on December 31st: Make a
tax-deductible donation and help prevent that horrible reality and save our
planet from climate collapse.

[[link removed]]One of every three bites of food relies on bees and other pollinators,
John. And we need to raise $809,000 to hit our year-end
match goal and fuel our pollinator protection efforts – but right now, we're
falling dangerously short.
Trump's Environmental Protection Agency spent the last four years putting Big
Polluter profits over our critical pollinators. If we don't act soon to reverse
the damage they caused, we could face the catastrophic collapse of nature's
ecosystems. We risk not only losing monarch butterflies, but also 40% of other
pollinators like them in the wild.
Every dollar you give right now will be DOUBLED up to $809,000. Together, we can
prevent extinction of our wild pollinators and protect our planet and food
systems – but you only have until Dec. 31 to give:
Donate $27 – or whatever you can spare – right now, before our year-end match
expires at midnight on December 31st, and help us keep taking on the Big
Polluters and their enablers threatening our planet's survival.
