John Catanzara is a serious threat to Muslims and all people living in Chicago. It’s outrageous that any police officer could get away with publicly referring to Muslims as “savages” that “deserve a bullet” — let alone the president of the city’s largest police union!

But Catanzara is still walking the streets of Chicago with a gun and impunity. He must be stopped!

The Chicago Police Board is considering firing him for his violent anti-Muslim Facebook posts, in which he explicitly states that “its seriously time to kill these (expletives).” These posts demonstrate that the leader of Chicago’s largest police union harbors deep hatred towards Muslims. In fact, he refuses to acknowledge anything wrong with his bigotry and continues to publicly smear Muslims every chance he gets.

Sign and send this petition to demand that John Catanzara be fired immediately.

Chicago police have been targeting people of color for too long. Removing Catanzara is one step closer to justice.
