The pandemic has been overwhelming, yet knowing you are standing with us, we have refused to be overwhelmed.
At the same time, because of COVID, trafficking survivors need help more than ever.
They’re more isolated, they’re facing incredible financial pressures. Many have lost their jobs. Their lives are precarious.
We’ve got to support them. We cannot abandon them. Not after what they’ve been through. Not with how vulnerable they still are.
I realize that these are uncertain times we’re living in. But we can be certain of a few key truths:
- Trafficking is still a tragic reality — adults and children are still in urgent need of help, restoration, and justice.
- Our strategies for compassionate response, developed over decades, really do work. Progress is being made. Laws are changing. Lives are being set free and transformed.
- Our mission is still critically important. Survivors are hurting. Lives are at stake.
