Welcome to Tuesday, September 24, ketchups and mustards...
A cache of Democrats is calling for the House to begin impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump over reports that he asked his Ukrainian counterpart to investigate Joe Biden.
"A president is sitting in the Oval Office, right now, who continues to commit crimes," Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tweeted. "He continues because he knows his Justice Department won't act and believes Congress won't either. Today's news confirmed he thinks he's above the law. If we do nothing, he'll be right."
Trump shrugged off impeachment talk Monday, saying he’s taking the threat “not at all seriously.”
“We had a perfect phone call with the president of Ukraine. Everybody knows it. It’s just a Democrat witch hunt.”
Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) was one of the few Republicans condemning Trump's phone call.
"If the president asked or pressured Ukraine's president to investigate his political rival, either directly or through his personal attorney, it would be troubling in the extreme. Critical for the facts to come out," Romney wrote in a tweet.
Should Trump be impeached over his call with Ukraine?

Age Limit for the Presidency?
Former President Jimmy Carter, who’s about to turn 95, took aim at certain presidents – and presidential candidates – saying he would not have been able to handle the rigors of the presidency at 80.
"I hope there’s an age limit," Carter said. "If I were just 80 years old, if I was 15 years younger, I don’t believe I could undertake the duties I experienced when I was president."
He added: "The things I faced in foreign affairs, I don’t think I could undertake them at 80 years old," he said. "At 95, it’s out of the question. I’m having a hard time walking."
Former Vice President Joe Biden would be 78 if elected, and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) would be 79 on Inauguration Day. President Donald Trump was the oldest president at the time of his inauguration in January 2017: 70 years old.
Trump told reporters on Air Force One that Carter “was referring to Biden.”
"He said that it was because Biden’s having a hard time, there’s no question about it."
Should there be an age limit for the presidency?

Under the Radar
Free the Nipple
Women can now free the ever-so-controversial nipple in six U.S. states, according to a new ruling by the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The decision developed from a legal battle in Fort Collins, CO, where a city ordinance forbade women from going topless in public. Two women sued the city for the right to bare their breasts.
“Everybody should be able to be comfortable on a hot day and if that means taking their shirt off so be it,” said Brit Hoagland, one of the plaintiffs in the Fort Collins case.
“No matter how you look, you should have the same freedom as the person next to you. And it’s also about equality. Addressing small parts of inequality can make a big difference in how people are treated on a day to day basis, and I thought free the nipple was just one small step closer to how it should be.”
Paul Vencel, a resident of Fort Collins, disagreed.
"Where are my rights being defended in this discussion?” Vencel told the Coloradoan. “Don’t I have the right to go down the street without seeing such things? If the current language is struck, anybody can do whatever they want, wherever they want, and they can force everybody to watch.”
Should women be allowed be topless in public?
