AJC is creating a safer, more secure world for Jews and, indeed, for all people of good will. Together, we’ve already made progress, but there is so much more to do.
- When antisemitism rises, we stand up and confront it. Every day, AJC is working with world leaders, government officials, law enforcement authorities, and tech giants to combat Jew-hatred. We’re providing original research, concrete policy recommendations, and our signature nuanced, nonpartisan expertise.
- When division dominates, we build bridges. In 2020, AJC championed Black-Jewish unity, made major strides in Muslim-Jewish relations, and stood with our Asian brothers and sisters as they were targeted amid the pandemic. And we saw decades of quiet AJC diplomacy pay off in a historic way: Israel formalizing ties with four Arab nations.
- When extremism thrives, we fight back. Whether Jewish lives are at risk from white nationalists, Islamists, or other extremists, AJC doesn’t pull any punches. Together with government authorities, we are helping to crack down on terrorism here in America and across the globe.
No one knows what the new year will bring. But if we unite, under the banner of AJC, we can make meaningful change in the lives of Jews everywhere.
It’s up to us to create a bright, safe Jewish future. We cannot be paralyzed by despair or inaction. We must choose hope. |
Sincerely,
David Harris
