John, I'm sorry. I really hoped I wouldn't have to send this email tonight.
But as a digital fundraiser on Team Ritchie, it's my job to make sure that we're effectively communicating our progressive platform and message to our supporters all across the country.
Sadly, I don't have good news. We're still $2,050 short of our first public fundraising goal since Ritchie was elected.
Honestly, that's a bad look for us and for Ritchie, John. We need to prove to everyone that our progressive momentum is strong and ready to fight.
So I have to ask for Ritchie now (he's really busy lately since he'll be sworn in next month). Will you please pitch in $3 before you delete this email? I hate to plead, but we really need to reach our goal.

Right now, due to the pandemic, digital fundraising is more important than ever before. We aren't able to hold personal events like traditional campaigns do.
And since Ritchie doesn't accept one cent from Corporate PACs, good and generous Democrats like you decide if we reach our goals or if we fall short.
