Dear Jack:

As the year comes to a close, we want to thank for your interest in the work of Discovery Institute and remind you that it's not too late to send an end-of-year gift. 

Through all of the tumult that 2020 has brought with it, I'm reminded at just how truly blessed we are here at Discovery. While the last several months have been so lacking in _ordinary,_ we have had a truly _extraordinary _year. Thanks to our board, fellows, staff, and the generosity of our donors, we have risen to the challenges along the way. 

This year more than any other has made it increasingly evident to me that Discovery Institute plays host to a collection of highly dedicated and talented _World Changers. _​​​​​Despite being home to less than 100 people, our organization continues to positively shape debates in science, law, public policy, technology, and culture. That is not easy, and it doesn't happen by accident, or absent purpose. 

It happens because of dedicated donors like you, who are committed to our mission.

In the year ahead, look for a continued expansion of our online presence and an eventual return to in-person events. We’re already looking forward to COSM 2021, a reprise of the technology summit we launched in 2019, along with many other events—including seminars, lectures, and film premieres.
