This year has shown, more than ever, that we are all connected.

Our actions impact one another, and they impact our shared planet.

And we can do big things when we all come together. Each of us, doing our own small part, making a little bit of good in the world.

If you ever felt overwhelmed by the climate crisis, wondering if it's even still possible to save our planet, I truly believe that this year showed that we can. Climate entered the national conversation like never before. Young people have, once again, raised the bar and transformed the status quo to push our country forward. People are valuing the outdoors more than ever.

But I'm also not naive. We have a lot of work to do. And we have to act now.
