I don’t want to take up too much of your time, especially while you’re hopefully relaxing and enjoying the holiday season, so I’ll be quick.

At the end of every quarter, elected officials like me have to report their fundraising details to the FEC and make all of our numbers public.

That’s important because everyone from Mitch McConnell to Senate Republicans will see how much money we’ve raised and how many folks have pitched in. With the Senate majority up for grabs, it’s critical that our numbers are as strong as possible.

That’s why our FEC deadline on Thursday is so important. But I’ll be honest, I haven’t had a whole lot of time to keep up with our fundraising. Looking at these numbers right now, it’s clear we’re a smidgen behind on our goal for the year.

We’re running out of time to turn things around, which is why I’m asking for your help again. Will you chip in to get us back on track to hit our target? Senate control is on the line, that's why it’s so important that we don’t come up short by the time we ring in the new year.
