John, My staff and I here at CitizenGO headquarters are running out of time. With 2021 just days away, we are rushing to finalize our activism plans and programs. And accurate budgeting is a crucial part of that planning. That’s why I wrote an urgent message below. We have many campaigns planned for 2021, all of which received enthusiastic support from survey participants. On the question about the issues we should focus on 2021, respondents encouraged us to specially defend and promote life (around 55% considering it of the utmost importance), family (58%) and religious freedom (55%) and in opposing the radical gender and LGBT propaganda (62%).. Even though our finances are limited, I really don’t want to cut any of our planned campaigns. But my staff and I haven’t heard back from you regarding your decision to make a donation to CitizenGO. This will be used to help us prepare for 2021. Please read my message below as we hope you will agree with a one-time contribution right away.

Thank you, Ignacio Arsuaga and the entire CitizenGO Team -- Here's the email we sent you earlier on this:
Dear John,
This is the time of year that many people reflect on the year that passed and anticipate the one to come. My team and I at CitizenGO are no different. Our efforts to defend and promote life, family, and liberty in this difficult 2020 with CitizenGO members like you around the world led to many highs (and a few lows) that you may remember. Before I review some of what you and I achieved in 2020 -- in spite of the global Coronavirus pandemic that I hope didn’t affect your family -- I want to ask you to support our work for 2021 and beyond by making a one-time donation to CitizenGO. If you say YES, please just click below. Our continued success depends on our ability to reach millions of people who share our values, to give you (and all CitizenGO members) the voice the political class censors, and the media elites don’t want us to have.

As Gregory was explaining in an email just a few days ago, we have overcome tremendous obstacles to obtain lots of extraordinary victories in 2020. CitizenGO supporters responded to the Coronavirus outbreak with selfless generosity, providing sorely-needed masks and bottled water to hospitals and health workers at the height of the pandemic. While Coronavirus panic set in, anti-Christian bureaucrats shut down church services and worship in many countries across the globe. In Spain, they even tried to punish a Catholic Cardinal for simply displaying a beloved icon while worshippers practiced social distancing. But CitizenGO’s legal and grassroots campaigns halted the efforts to persecute the Cardinal, and were key to allowing worshippers to return to church in Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Of course, CitizenGO’s efforts were not limited to merely reacting to events. Thanks to supporters like you, CitizenGO is empowered to set our own agenda, taking the fight to the far-Left! CitizenGO’s campaigns helped encourage U.S. President Donald Trump and prime ministers of other nations to withdraw public funding of the United Nation’s notorious World Health Organization (WHO). Our campaign to completely defund its radical gender and pro-abortion agenda continues across the globe. Not only that, but our worldwide election efforts opposed far-Left candidates, exposing politicians who claim to support our values but instead cower before our political enemies and the media. Remember that when Roe v. Wade is finally overturned, it started with welcoming Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the bench. Thanks to the many CitizenGOers who signed our petition to put pressure of the U.S. Senate to confirm a reliable pro-life advocate to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States -- Justice Amy Coney Barrett is in the right position to be the deciding vote to protect the unborn. The rights of the unborn have been ignored for too long. We are now one person making one decision away from restoring them. It started with one signature, your signature, by one click of the mouse. Unfortunately -- and unsurprisingly -- our enemies do not want these victories to go unpunished. Our success in Spain led to the political establishment stripping our sister group of its status as a charitable organization, increasing the burden on its finances. Our CitizenGO colleagues, Ann Kioko of Kenya and Caroline Farrow of the United Kingdom, are under personal attack for their principled and effective work as CitizenGO campaigners. Ann is CitizenGO’s campaigns director for Africa. She has faced intense legal and media bullying for her strong pro-life and pro-family activism, especially for halting the operation of the world’s largest abortion provider in her home country. She and her family have been followed, forcing them to relocate and take expensive security measures. Caroline and her family in the U.K. face similar harassment and threats. Her family and young children have been stalked online. A radical transgender activist is dragging her through an expensive, years-long court battle. At one time, she even faced the threat of prison based on an outrageously false claim. Thanks to a strong and generous response from CitizenGO supporters like you, we were able to shield Caroline and Ann from some of the worst impacts of these threats. And now, CitizenGO is helping Caroline fight back with a hard-hitting countersuit to end the transgender’s harassment. I hope it’s clear that it is the support of CitizenGOers like you which helps us persevere through all the setbacks and hardships, and you make our victories possible. Will you stand with CitizenGO and support our efforts in the year ahead with a generous financial contribution?

Government agencies, media conglomerates, and massive entertainment companies have budgets that run into the billions of dollars. Fortunately, you and I don’t have to match them dollar-for-dollar. Our grassroots organizational tactics have a proven history of success on much smaller budgets. And while we might not have the budget of a government agency or a multinational corporation, we still have an ambitious agenda for the year ahead. We at CitizenGO are currently receiving thousands of answers to the survey Gregory sent you and all CitizenGO members worldwide some days ago. We are thankful that so many people are showing their appreciation towards our work. And we want to double our effort in 2021, focusing on political impact (about 76% of respondents) and many other priorities that you will help us set. To list just a few of the important programs we are either planning or working on: - Oppose and defund the radical pro-abortion and transgenderism agendas at the powerful United Nations and their World Health Organization;
- Strengthen our ongoing fight to end gender ideology indoctrination at Disney parks and in Disney films and productions;
- Stop censorship of Christian, pro-Life, and pro-Liberty thought on Social Media and other online platforms
- Fight back against filthy, blasphemous, and transgender propaganda on popular streaming services like Netflix; and
- Continue to impact elections and legislation on behalf of life, family, and liberty.
Don't forget our fight to keep President Donald J. Trump's pro-life policies in play in 2021. Joe Biden has already pledge his support to the big abortion industry heads of Planned Parenthood. We must be ready to mobilizing against his actions to mandate tax-funded abortions on Day 1. The lives of pre-born babies will depend on it. Will you take a stand for our shared values in the year ahead by making a generous financial contribution to CitizenGO today?

It is my fervent prayer you will help CitizenGO finish strong this year and continue your support in the year ahead. Thank you. Ignacio Arsuaga and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. Everyone here at CitizenGO is working hard to meet our end-of-year deadlines and finalizing our plans for 2021, based on the responses CitizenGO members have sent us on the survey we sent out some days ago. My team and I are currently analyzing the responses to the annual survey. It’s great to see the large number of active citizens who responded from all over the world with such encouraging messages. On the question about our work, respondents to the survey rated it “excellent” by 37% and “above average” by 50%. The following days and weeks will play a large role in shaping our programs in the year ahead. So please agree to your one-time contribution today! |
