As 2020 comes to an end we are filled with excitement for what we can accomplish in 2021. Despite the challenges we faced over the last year we managed to achieve some major victories for medical cannabis and we believe that we have set the stage for major victories next year too.

We will not stop fighting for safe access until that extends to everyone. We don’t simply pass a law in a state and consider the work done; we know that most work happens after a law is passed when program improvements are needed. Even patients in states with full medical cannabis programs still face enormous barriers and countless potential patients are excluded all together. We must keep fighting and we need your help to do so.

The pandemic and recession have put an enormous strain on Americans for Safe Access just like it has for many other small businesses and workers. We have tightened our belts just like many others and we could use your help.
