Here's the truth, team: As we approach the end of the year, our campaign's cash on hand is low. And that's a serious problem because the next election cycle starts on January 1st, and we've got to hit the ground running if we're going to bring home another victory.
We've set a goal of bringing in 1,000 end-of-year donors to make sure our campaign has the resources to stay on track to win in 2022, and we're counting on supporters to reach it. If you are able, will you chip in to help us meet our end-of-year donor goal to fuel our movement for progress?

In August, we won one of the most expensive primaries in the country despite being outspent 400% by our corporate and GOP-backed opponent and his allies. And last month, we not only won our race but helped deliver record-breaking victories for President-Elect Joe Biden and more candidates up and down the ballot. Those kinds of victories don't happen overnight -- we spent months putting together a strong organizing team to combat the GOP's corporate spending and get out the vote for our progressive values.
The corporate PACs and ultraconservative donors who spent tens of millions of dollars to try to defeat our movement aren't going anywhere -- if anything, now that Donald Trump won't be in office to do their bidding, they will fight harder to enact their agenda to put corporations first at the expense of working people. So we need to build a solid foundation now if we're going to have the infrastructure to beat them and keep up our fights for comprehensive COVID-19 relief, Medicare for All, student debt cancellation, and bold climate action like a Green New Deal.
Thousands of people will read this email, but we only need a small percentage of you to act to help us reach our end-of-year goal of 1,000 contributions. Chip in to support our work to achieve social, racial, environmental, and economic justice for all.
