Dear John,

Tricia was 47 years old before she discovered chocolate.

For whatever weird reason, her parents chose to keep her from the decadent treat since birth. It took amazing courage and fortitude to step out and raise their child in the backwoods of Akaska's Southeast Islands.

At the age of 31, Tricia thought she would escape her chocolateless island trap. There was nothing wrong with the location, they had developed running water, and even a decent bathroom, and family life was pleasant. But she knew there was more. Being on an island, and her now aging father with the only boat keys made things difficult.
