Terri is hard at work fighting for COVID-19 relief:

GFX: “Sewell introduces legislation to expand new markets tax credit” --Alabama Political Reporter

With support from Democrats and Republican alike, Terri just introduced the New Markets Stabilization Act in the House of Representatives this week!

The legislation will protect access to tax credits for underserved and persistent-poverty areas, in an effort to revitalize the economy as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rage across America.

This is big -- The New Market Tax Credit has a proven track record of expanding job opportunities in our district -- and can play a HUGE role in the rebuilding of our economy for ALL Americans.

COVID-19 has hit us all, but it has devastated our low-income and underserved communities the hardest. Building back will be tough, but with the help of the NMTC -- it will be made easier.

But we need to show Congress the grassroots support behind Terri’s bill -- because without Congress’ support, the bill will EXPIRE on December 31, 2020.
