There are just 3 days left to help us make 2x the impact:
A generous group of Mercy Corps supporters have contributed to our
Matching Gift Challenge Fund and are encouraging supporters
like you to match their gifts up
to $300,000. [ [link removed] ]Make your matching gift today ▸

[ [link removed] ]Your $1,000 + their $1,000 = $2,000
which could help provide inclusive education and protection for children
living in a crisis zone

[ [link removed] ]Your $500 + their $500 = $1,000
which could help train farmers how to grow stronger crops to feed their
families and communities

[ [link removed] ]Your $150 + their $150 = $300
which could help provide refugees resettlement funds they need to restart
their lives

[ [link removed] ]Your $75 + their $75 = $150
and could help rush water filtration tablets and soap to communities
battling water-borne diseases

[ [link removed] ]Your $35 + their $35 = $60
which could help provide emergency aid kits to people facing the aftermath
of disaster

These are just a few examples of how your gift could be helping us make a
difference every single day! Your contribution will be used where it is
most needed to provide relief to people in crises around the world.

This challenge comes at an incredibly important time. Every single gift
today brings us nearer to our $300,000 Matching Gift Challenge goal! The
money we raise now is critical to meeting the needs of the people we serve
in the weeks and months to come.

People like Safi, 47, who lives with her husband and children in Niger, in
a remote village she’s called home her entire life. Residents rely heavily
on local agriculture for food and income, which can be hard to manage in
this dry climate. Safi’s family has an additional challenge, though: she
needs a wheelchair to get around.

home.
"Life is not easy, especially for people like us," Safi tells us. "We just
try our best to have something to satisfy our needs." With help from Mercy
Corps, Safi’s family is getting by.

"Mercy Corps helped us so much. They gave us some work to do and get
money, and they gave us a goat, seeds and more. We used that support to
have a better life and help our kids study." —Safi, Sargane, Niger

With so much devastation in the world, especially this year, it can be
hard to accept that we already have most of what we need to alleviate
poverty and ensure that people everywhere have the tools they need to live
dignified lives. But we do have those tools,
from science to
technology to local knowledge and beyond.

It’s truly a matter of making sure people have access to the tools they
need. That’s what we help provide — me and you and everyone else who
supports the community of humanitarians known as Mercy Corps.

[ [link removed] ]Strengthen our global community and help more people build the better,
safer, healthier future we all want to live in, by meeting our Matching
Gift Challenge with your own matching gift today.

And, remember, thanks to the CARES Act, you can claim up to $300 in
tax-deductible donations this year whether you plan to itemize your tax
deductions or not.

Thank you for being a part of Mercy Corps, and for helping the people we
partner with take charge of what comes next in their own
lives.

Sincerely,

[14]Adrienne Karecki
