I just stepped out of a planning meeting with my team, and I want to read you in on our plans for next year.
I’ll be honest with you. The fight to reform our courts is just getting started. We have only one champion in the Senate and a handful in the House. We have a lot of work to do to make court reform more central to progressive politics, and we need your help now more than ever.
If you’re as pissed as I am about the 6-3 conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court, here are three things you can do to fight back today:
1. Consider making a contribution to our year-end campaign. We want to raise $50,000 by January 1st to wage a bold, progressive campaign to get 50 Senate Dems to sign on to support court reform in the new congress.

2. Join a local Demand Justice chapter. Invite your friends and the people you talk politics with to join you. We’re building a nationwide network of grassroots-led groups, and we’d be thrilled to have you on board as a founding member.

3. Sign our petition demanding four seats be added to the Supreme Court to counterbalance Trump’s illegitimate justices, like Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. The more signers we have, the more show of force we’ll have behind the movement.

Republicans have wreaked havoc on our judiciary, and if we don’t fight back immediately, our basic rights -- like access to healthcare, reproductive freedom, and free and fair elections -- will continue to be undermined.
