I wanted to make sure you saw this note about our 2020 Annual Impact Video – a testament to the kind of justice work that can only happen in community, when likeminded sojourners come together to seek a better world.
Without your support, none of this would have been possible in 2020:
- We equipped more than 3,000 faith leaders from around the U.S., hosting online training events and providing toolkits to educate constituents on voter suppression and how to prevent it.
- On Election Day, 1,300 chaplains in their moral authority, supported by election protection attorneys, served at 500 polling sites across nine states ready to de-escalate conflicts and provide legal clarity.
- We scaled up our election coverage, hiring six new election reporters and 11 photographers to cover rapidly developing stories in cities like Phoenix, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Detroit.
- We published 75 original articles which garnered more than 663,000 views and over 31,000 social media interactions.
Your support made our attentive coverage possible. Your support helped us hold election officials accountable. And your support brought protection to the polls.
