Over the
past year, with your support and partnership, we’ve run a robust digital
organizing program that has:
* Helped folx send 54,638 letters to Representatives calling on them to
co-sponsor Ayanna’s legislation to condemn police brutality, racial
profiling, and the use of excessive force.
* Collected 76,620 petition signatures to Joe Biden calling on him to
use his authority to cancel student debt.
* Mobilized folx to email 31,923 letters to Congress calling on them to
co-sponsor Ayanna’s legislation to end the death penalty.
Our digital program helps affect real change for our communities, but the
tools we use to mobilize people to take action can be expensive. Our end
of year goal is to reach 800 contributions this week to help fund our
digital tools in the first quarter of 2021, pay our staff, and continue
expanding our movement.
