Thank you for everything you do to protect and preserve your national parks.

The clock is ticking to meet our national parks campaign goal in the
next few days.

Hi, Friend of the National Parks - sorry to bother you during this busy holiday
week, but I need you to see this.

As NPCA's vice president of membership, it's my job to
track the progress of our 2020 Year-End Matching Gift Campaign.
Unfortunately, right now we are running short of our $300,000 goal
... and the clock is ticking.

With just four days to go until the December 31 deadline, we still
need to raise $135,569. That would allow us to unlock the full
$300,000 in matching funds from a generous NPCA board member -
and hit the ground running on January 1, ready to start reversing
years of damage to your national parks.

We really need a surge of donations today to get us back on track.
Can you help us close the gap?

Every dollar you contribute right now will be MATCHED 100%,
dollar-for-dollar, and go twice as far to help us make sure fixing our
parks is a priority on day one for the incoming administration.

We are so grateful to all of our members and supporters who have
already contributed to this critical year-end campaign. Combined with
the matching funds, their gifts will provide DOUBLE the resources to
make sure NPCA is at full strength next year to ensure these
magnificent places recover from four years of ruinous executive orders
and legislative attacks on the parks.

From slashing the size of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante
National Monuments ... to gutting the National Environmental
Policy Act, one of the nation's most important conservation laws
... there are some big messes to clean up.

The tasks ahead would be even tougher if not for friends like you.

Even during these difficult years, you have helped us secure a major
win with the bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act, achieve a
landmark victory to protect Yellowstone grizzlies, and defend
Canyonlands from drilling.

When we stand together, our parks win. That's why, with NPCA in
the thick of so many high-stakes battles right now, I am asking you to
help us reach our year-end goal by midnight this coming Thursday.

We are so close! If you can pitch in with even a few dollars today,
it could help put us over the top.

Your tax-deductible gift of $15 or more will not only go twice as far
for the parks, but brings you complete member benefits, including our
award-winning National Parks magazine and exclusive NPCA member
mini-lantern as your free welcome gift!

Make your new member gift before the clock runs out, and it will go
twice as far to strengthen NPCA's advocacy, litigation and other
critical park-protection efforts next year. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Laura Connors
Vice President, Membership

P.S. These matching funds are so important to NPCA's ability to
make sure our plan to prioritize the restoration of our parks in the
new administration will start off strong - and never slow down.
But the year is almost over, and we won't reach our goal without
your help.

Will you join today and make one of the last gifts we need to reach
the finish line? Thank you!
