As members of the Innocence Project’s Exoneree Advisory Council, we know what it feels like to be locked up for crimes we didn't commit — those feelings of loneliness and, at times, hopelessness are strong.
What got us all through those experiences was knowing that this community stood with us and believed in us. Everyone who has supported the Innocence Project has directly contributed to our freedom, and we are all very thankful for that.
But there are still many innocent people behind bars, and we cannot give up on them. Our goal is to raise $250,000 before the end of the year to make sure we’re in a strong position to keep fighting for the innocent in 2021 — will you help us get there by chipping in whatever you can right now?

Freedom is sacred to all of us. It means being able to be with our families, to enjoy small freedoms many take for granted, and to choose what we want to do with our own lives.
We want everyone who supports the Innocence Project to know that when you donate to this organization — no matter the amount — you’re helping to restore people’s freedom.
