Right now, all eyes are on Georgia's January 5 Senate run-off elections -- as they should be. These two races will determine which party wins control of the U.S. Senate, which will determine whether we can pass congressional redistricting reform or face another two years of McConnell's obstruction.

But our work in Georgia doesn't end on January 5, friend -- not even close. Next year states across the country, including Georgia, will begin the process of redrawing their electoral maps, and our affiliate organizations will work to ensure this process is carried out in a fair way. Will you split a donation between the NDRC and the Democratic Party of Georgia today so we can fight to flip the Senate AND secure fair maps?

If left unchecked, we know the GOP will use redistricting to draw gerrymandered districts that keep them in power. The maps drawn in states like Georgia could remain in place for another 10 years, so we can't afford to let map manipulation happen. Luckily, our partners have developed a comprehensive plan for redistricting, including:

-- Providing training to lawmakers
-- Building grassroots infrastructure
-- Calling on elected officials to make fair districts pledges.

There's something big happening in Georgia, friend. The people of Georgia are ready to vote for new representation, but the GOP is willing to do whatever it takes to hold on to power there, even if it means suppressing votes or drawing manipulated maps.

We can fight back, but we need your help to do it. Will you make a contribution today to support the NDRC and the Democratic Party of Georgia so we can continue our fight for democracy?
