While we’re excited to see President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris move into the White House in January, the reality is, there is still so much work to be done. Our plan for 2021 and beyond is centered around:   Empowering more women who make up the New American Majority (NAM). Specifically, our programs will focus on the Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, LGBTQ+ women, young women, and unmarried women who helped secure Democratic victories as organizers and voters. Expanding our reach to give more than 100,000 women the tools they need to run and win. Continuing to challenge the status quo of politics by ensuring more state legislatures, campaigns, and office leaderships are made up of women who have the skills and power to make lasting change in their communities.

This year has been hard — but I cannot help but feel true joy when I look at the incredible work we’ve done together. More women than ever before will be serving in state legislatures and local offices, and this will be the most diverse Congress ever.
