Happy Holidays and Happy Boxing Day to all who celebrate! December 24th marked our one week countdown for our end-of-year campaign, “Leading Our Change”, which will help fund our national internships and policy & advocacy work. This will provide college students and recent graduates with the life-changing opportunity to live and work in Washington, D.C. alongside members of nonprofits, nationally renowned thought leaders, and influential Congress members. To commemorate the end of the year, we've asked our staff to talk about how they lead change at OCA!

Role with OCA National: Senior Manager of Administration

How do you lead change with OCA?: For me, in 2021 and ahead, the main job is still managing the money. I will help leadership raise money and make the right decision on spending the funds that we have. At the same time, I support the leadership on building sales, office moving, staff logistics, and office daily operations. 2020 is a big challenge year for all of us, hope we are going to win the virus fight and make OCA a great success in 2021.
