What does that mean? Simply put, Pennsylvania is on track to lose a congressional seat before the 2022 election. So, Matt’s seat could look considerably more red than it has in the past — and he only won by three points this year.
John — More than ever before, the battle lines of 2022 will be drawn in 2021. If PA-08 expands to include more red counties, the next election would easily be Matt’s toughest one yet. We can’t let our guard down, especially with Republicans pushing election funny business in the aftermath of 2020.
