The day after Christmas should be a nap day. It’s good to get supine (word of the day) and just contemplate nature.  Or something. Don’t worry about returning gifts.  You can do that at a later date.  Early.  When the store opens.  So the clerks are not delirious.   Anyway, we had a good Long Island Christmas. No angst. Everyone was calm and bright exactly the way I suggested. Benevolent dictatorship here.  Nice dinners, watched some of The “March of the Wooden Soldiers.”  Regret that Laurel and Hardy are largely forgotten.
