Dear John,

From my family to yours, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas.

In what has been such a difficult year for so many, I know I am more grateful than ever to spend this day with family and loved ones.

Additionally, today I’m especially thankful to have the opportunity to represent the people of Kentucky in the United States Senate. It’s truly the honor of a lifetime and I’m so blessed that Kentuckians have once again put their faith in me to lead our great state.

I’ll sign off now, as I don’t want to keep you from enjoying this day with your family, but I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day celebrating!
