Today was the first day in court for Georgia's forced pregnancy law - the law that effectively would ban abortion in our state and end Roe vs. Wade.

Six months ago, we saw Brian Kemp and Georgia Republicans force this bill through by only one vote - against the doctors, women, and business leaders who testified against it, and against the majority of Georgians.

We're so grateful for the organizations and advocates fighting this legislation in the courts, and we know we have to keep holding Republicans accountable for their extreme agenda - by beating them at the ballot box.
