Removing flavored e-cigs from the market would be a huge victory – but it's not a done deal. Act now.

ACTION ALERT

John,

The Trump Administration has announced that the FDA will soon remove flavored e-cigarettes from the market.

This is a necessary and long-overdue step to stem the youth e-cigarette epidemic. If quickly and fully implemented, it would be a huge victory for kids' health.

But it's not a done deal. We have to make sure the Administration doesn't back down.

The tobacco industry will fight tooth and nail to defeat, delay or weaken this proposal and is sure to file lawsuits to block it. They're already pushing hard to get an exemption for mint and menthol – because they know 64% of high school e-cigarette users report using these flavors.

We can't let that happen.

The latest data shows that the youth e-cigarette epidemic is getting worse, 5 million kids now use e-cigarettes, and flavors are fueling it all.

Tell the White House to hold strong on its plan to remove all flavored e-cigarettes from the market, including mint and menthol.

Sincerely,

Matt Myers
President
