Friend, I just want to say thank you. 

Because of your commitment to our people-powered movement, we've proven the pundits wrong and forced the GOP into a runoff election. We've shown the country that a new South is rising – one that is bold, inclusive and forward-thinking. And we've come one step closer to making history in Georgia by electing its first Black senator.

But I'll be honest: We are far from done, and I'm not getting comfortable any time soon. We poured every cent we had into getting this far – and taking our foot off of the gas now is just not an option. With less than two weeks until Election Day, the GOP is flooding Georgia with $100 million to defeat me, and we're currently facing a $50,000 budget deficit.

That's why I'm personally asking: Will you give $5 to help us close this huge gap, win in Georgia and take back the Senate for Democrats?

When we launched this campaign, I knew it wouldn't be easy. We always knew the GOP would come at us hard, and they've more than proven us right.

Mitch McConnell and his Republican allies have spent tens of millions trying to drown us out, crush our people-powered momentum and prop up my far-right opponent – who's spending $23 million of her own fortune to buy this seat. 

That's why I've never needed you more. I know I've asked a lot of you these past few months – but when the fate of the Senate, and our democracy, is on the line, it's what I've got to do. Election experts from Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight to NBC News confirm we can flip this seat, but not without your grassroots support.

With time running out before our crucial midnight deadline, we're falling short of what it takes to stay on track, and I'm putting my faith in YOU, friend: Will you please make a contribution of $5 or more to defeat the GOP, flip Georgia blue and take back the Senate for Democrats?

We can accomplish so much – but only if we fight together. Thank you.
