We have to keep up this momentum. 

In case you missed it, we have a huge fundraising deadline coming up at the end of this month — but we aren’t focusing on that total this week. Instead we are asking how many people can contribute whatever they can afford to help build our movement.

We know these are trying times so we don’t expect everyone to give. But if you can, will you pitch in whatever you can afford today to help us hit 2,000 grassroots donations? Even $3 can make a huge difference.

Our fundraising numbers are a proxy for our progressive power. If we can show that thousands of people are willing to chip in $30, our donation average of $12.06, or even $3 — we can show how strong our movement is despite all the challenges put in our way this year.
