Leading Our Change:

Our Staff
Hello AdvOCAtes,

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas Eve to all who celebrate! Today marks our one week countdown for our end-of-year campaign, “Leading Our Change” ([link removed]) , which will help fund our national internships and policy & advocacy work. This will provide college students and recent graduates with the life-changing opportunity to live and work in Washington, D.C. alongside members of nonprofits, nationally renowned thought leaders, and influential Congress members. To commemorate the end of the year, we've asked our staff to talk about how they lead change at OCA!

Name: Eiley Fong (she/her/hers)

Role with OCA National: Communications Associate

How do you lead change with OCA?:
I lead change at OCA through communicating with our community, our partners, and those around us. It’s my job to stay in-the-know and continue to learn how AAPIs across the country experience a variety of perspectives which drive the advocacy and change we try to do here in Washington DC. I’m so thankful to work with the leaders in our chapters, on our staff, and in our country to create a better world for tomorrow!

By making a tax-deductible gift this holiday season, you can help us meet our $100,000 goal and ensure that there is a pipeline of AAPI leaders for tomorrow.
