Guess who I ran into.

Rep. Beto O’Rourke and I joined thousands of Coloradans at the Denver
climate strike. Our conversation on climate action (or was it our shirts?)
prompted a Senate Republican operative to proclaim us “two peas in a pod.”
Beto and I talked about Colorado’s Senate race as well as the Democratic
Senatorial Campaign Committee’s attempt to kneecap my campaign. Beto’s
advice: “Don’t worry in the slightest about the DSCC.”
Beto’s right. This race isn’t about Chuck Schumer’s preference—it’s about
yours.
Our campaign finds strength in grassroots supporters like
you. In
fact, that’s the only kind of support we have; we don’t take money from
special-interest groups.

We're gaining national attention every week. And even better news: the
polls show a generic Democrat leading Cory Gardner by 10 points.
But Colorado deserves more than a generic Democrat. We deserve a senator
who will fight for us—a leader who will take on the fossil fuel industry
and stand up to party bosses like Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell.
If that matters to you, this is the best time to show it.
[ [link removed] ]The end of the quarter—Sept. 30—is the most important deadline we’ve
faced all year. Will you chip in $ or more right now and help us reach our
$110,000 goal?
