I cannot express this strongly enough: We are incredibly grateful for you this holiday season.

Because of your support, we provided lifesaving medical care to millions of people this year, all while navigating and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This season is all about togetherness—a challenge for so many of us as we continue to socially distance. And yet, the spirit of togetherness has never been more evident to me.

Together, we opened temporary field hospitals to treat COVID-19 patients in South Africa and India, used mobile clinics to reach isolated communities in Brazil and Ukraine, and strengthened infection prevention and control measures across our global projects and in sites across the United States. Together, along with MSF teams who worked hard to keep other essential health services up and running, we saved lives.

Thank you for choosing to stand with us when we needed you. This year has proven how resilient we can be when we take action—together.
