Happy holidays from Margaret and me, friend! It’s been an unusual season to say the least, but we’re so grateful to have each other and our health during this time.

I’m especially thankful for this team and your unwavering commitment to building a more progressive future together. There have been so many moments in 2020 where it would have been easier to give up and stop fighting for our values—but we never did. We plunged in and faced the challenges head on.

And it’s made a difference. This year we stood together, arm-in-arm, in the face of a terrible pandemic, beating back Donald Trump’s attacks on our democracy, and continuing to push for critical legislation for a more equal and fair society. That’s something to be proud of, team.

Thank you for hanging in with me. With a new White House and Congress being sworn in this January, I’m optimistic we can get Americans the support they need in 2021 and beyond. In the meantime, I’m wishing you and your loved ones a very happy holiday season.
