President Trump’s administration is arguing in federal court for the Affordable Care Act to be completely dismantled. Oral arguments for the case began earlier this week.

If they’re successful, millions of people could lose coverage. Insurers would again be able to turn people away for having pre-existing conditions.

I’m really proud of my work to provide affordable health care to hardworking families. It’s one of the most important things I have ever done.

For the first time, insurance companies in this country could not deny coverage to anyone because of a pre-existing condition.

And millions more people were covered for the very first time.

I will always stand up to protect coverage for families in Montana and across our country who rely on the ACA for access to care.
