You made our fundraising efforts successful despite the tremendous hardships posed by the pandemic and economic crisis experienced by millions of working families. The situation is threatening our traditional revenue streams, but together we are confident we will make it through.

Your support enables us to be a vital part of the independent, democratic, and progressive media countering the right-wing propaganda eco-system churning out lies, conspiracy theories, and disinformation continuously.

With your support, we published over 800 election related articles this year. Before the pandemic, we had reporters on the ground covering the primaries. We focused on issues and reported on the campaigns in battleground states, including state and local candidates, and how organized labor and its allies mobilized for a historic voter turnout.

Your support allowed us to host two townhall Zoom broadcasts before the election, bringing together mass leaders to discuss the economic and unemployment crisis and voter mobilization.

We continue to cover the fight to consolidate the historic election victory against Trump and GOP efforts to steal the election, assault democracy, and encourage armed confrontation against elected officials.

Because of our excellent reporting, circulation doubled again this year to over 3 million unique visitors to our website and 200,000 repeat visitors. Many of our readers are trade union and other grassroots leaders and activists in the struggles we cover.

And, your support allowed us to launch an exciting new podcast, "Beyond the Page". The podcast takes a deeper dive with reporters and mass leaders on stories that appear in People's World.
