Last night, Trump unwittingly created an opening for us to get Americans $2,000 emergency COVID relief checks when he flailingly attacked the COVID bill passed by Congress -- and then called for $2,000 checks!

Overnight, this created major problems for Republicans. House Democrats promised action. Georgia Senate candidates Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff embraced $2,000 checks. And all eyes are on Senate Republicans.

The House will hold a first action tomorrow, and will likely need to take more votes soon to build pressure on Senate Republicans. This is an urgent moment that we need to leverage.
