As we take a look back at 2020, we're reminded of the many storms Louisiana has weathered through its history. This year has been an extraordinary one, but Louisiana is lucky to have a Governor whose leadership is solid as a rock . He's had our back and A Stronger Louisiana is here to have his. If you want to help us have Governor Edwards' back in 2021, you can pitch in here [[link removed]] .

The 2020 hurricane season was one for the record books. Louisiana suffered a total of five direct hits from hurricanes and tropical storms this year. Hurricanes Laura, Delta, and Zeta and Tropical Storms Cristobal and Marco devastated communities and put our state's resilience to the test. Times like these call for experienced, steady leadership and that is exactly what Louisiana got in Governor John Bel Edwards. Under his watch the state carried out successful preparations and evacuations that saved lives. Now our communities are on the road to recovery.

We're grateful for Governor Edwards' steady hand in times of crisis. Our state is safer because our Governor is a tried and true leader. There are still more storms to come, both natural and political, and we're counting on you to support Governor Edwards [[link removed]] as he leads our state through them.

If 2020 has shown us anything, it's that good leadership can't be taken for granted. Now more than ever we need leaders who'll put our state first.

Partisan extremists and special interests will never provide the kind of leadership Louisiana needs to weather the storms.

Our mission at A Stronger Louisiana is to promote and defend the steady, common sense leadership exemplified by Governor John Bel Edwards . We know our state is best served when our leaders put people over politics. If you agree, chip in $15 [[link removed]] today so we can carry on our mission in 2021.
