A combination of exercise and mindfulness training seems better at
easing fatigue in breast cancer survivors than either technique alone,
according to a small study. Fatigue is the most common side effect of
breast cancer treatment, and it can affect people even after treatment
ends.

Easing Depression in Young Cancer Survivors
A new study looked at using mindfulness meditation and survivorship
education classes to alleviate depression in women treated for breast
cancer who were 50 years of age or younger at the time of diagnosis.
